The Dictionary Master configuration will look similar to the user's Dictionary configuration, but will apply to the entire organization. Any entries you make here will also show up in each user's Dictionary configuration. The user (if allowed) will be able to override the master Dictionary settings.
You can edit the Master dictionary, but new dictionary updates would overwrite your dictionary edits.
