Subject: Your resource for controlling junk e-mail
This e-mail message is to notify you that your e-mail is being analyzed by an anti-spam program. The benefit to you is that junk e-mail will be filtered out saving you time and allowing you to be more productive.
The anti-spam program [::PROGRAM::] is able to filter out most junk e-mail with no tuning. You may wish to tune it so that you will always get e-mail from certain people, or to block certain e-mails that get through and shouldn't.
To tune [::PROGRAM::] or see the junk e-mail that was caught by [::PROGRAM::], run [::PROGRAM::] from here:

The best tuning you can do is to add your Friends, and GoodWords.
ADDING FRIENDS
Run [::PROGRAM::], and choose File->Configure... and then Friends. Add the e-mail address of your friends. You may see some listed already. These are configured by the administrator for everyone.
ADDING GOODWORDS
Run [::PROGRAM::], and choose File->Configure... and then GoodWords. Add words that pertain to your job. For example: If you work at a tire company, you would add words like 'Tread', 'Skid', 'Traction', 'Michelin', etc.
There are many other options for tuning [::PROGRAM::], see the Help for more information.
