In almost every case, BlueSync works flawlessly and you only need to hit the HotSync button. If the program is not working as expected, here are some potential problems.
Card Not Named - BlueSync requires your card to have a volume name. If you haven't named your card, go to your CardInfo program on you HandHeld and name your card. Then hit HotSync again.
Conduit Not Installed - BlueSync automatically installs the conduit during the installation process. If you've changed computers, or the location of your Palm Desktop Software, then you may need to install the conduit again. Run "BLUESYNC.EXE -u" to uninstall the conduit and then run "BLUESYNC.EXE -i" to install conduit.
Other Problems - If BlueSync encounters problems during the HotSync, then they will be recorded in the HotSync log on the PC. Right-click on the HotSync icon on the PC and choose "View Log..." to see the problem. If you are unable to solve the problem yourself, please contact our technical support.
