Terms, Conditions, and Purchase Info

Blue Squirrel accepts and ships orders to most locations inside and outside of the U.S.. Products can be purchased in a variety of ways. Click on the method you would like to learn more about: online, telephone, fax, postal mail, and e-mail.

Ordering Online

Products can be ordered from the online store or from the individual product pages. Listed below are the steps you will encounter while making an online purchase:

  1. Add to Shopping Cart - Click the buy button for the item you wish to purchase. The item will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
  2. Continue shopping - From the shopping cart you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. To continue shopping, browse to the items you are interested in, and click on the corresponding buy buttons to add them to your shopping cart.
  3. Review your Shopping Cart - When you are ready to checkout, choose your preferred method of shipping and verify that your quantities are correct. Remember to hit the Update Totals button to ensure that changes will be made.
  4. Checkout - When you are ready to purchase, click on the checkout button to proceed. If you have signed up as a member, much of the information will be filled out for you. The checkout process allows you to review your billing address, shipping address (if you chose shipping), and credit card information. On the credit card information page, once you click on the purchase button, your order will be processed.
  5. Order Processing - Wait for the order processing page to fully load! Quite a bit goes on behind the scenes while the page is being loaded. Once the page has completely loaded, your receipt and instructions will be displayed. For your convenience, a copy of the receipt and instructions will be emailed to you.

Ordering by E-mail

Ordering via e-mail is a very convenient, hassle-free way to place your order. Simply send your order information to: sales@bluesquirrel.com

Please ensure that you include the following information in your e-mail message:
  • First and Last Name
  • Shipping and Billing Address
  • Telephone Number
  • E-mail Address
  • Payment information, including credit card type, number, and expiration date
  • Name of the product you wish to order, operating System you are using, and if you would like a hard copy shipped to you



Payment Options

Credit Cards
We accept most major credit cards, including VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. When ordering, keep in mind that we do not ship any product until your credit card has cleared. Using your credit card online will allow us to speed order processing and confirmation of your order.

PayPal
We accept PayPal payments. During checkout you have an option to pay with PayPal. Please follow the instructions carefully. The PayPal payment processing is dependent on our server verifying the PayPal payment. If you don't get an e-mail receipt within 30 minutes, please contact us so we can manually verify payment and complete the order.

PayPal eCheck
We accept PayPal eCheck payments, but the product or product keys will not be delivered until your eCheck clears. It typically takes two or three business days for eChecks to clear.

Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders from qualified companies, schools or government institutions. You should fax your purchase order to 888-255-9972. Only institutions with the highest credit standing may buy with a purchase order.

Shipping Options

Blue Squirrel offers a variety of shipping options:

  • Electronic Download Only $0.00 - We will email you a receipt, and the instructions to download purchased software items over the Internet. Please note, you will not receive a hard copy.
  • $6.95 U.S. Postal Service w/Delivery Confirmation - Within 7-10 days you will receive a package via post-mail. Immediately after your credit card is we will also e-mail you the instructions to download the software off of the Internet. The delivery confirmation provides a proof-of-delivery, but the package tracking is minimal during transit.
  • $6.95 International - Within 4-6 weeks you will receive your package via post-mail. Immediately after your credit card is processed we will also e-mail you the instructions to download the software off of the Internet.
  • $14.95 U.S. Fedex 2nd Day Air - Within 2-3 days you will receive your package via Federal Express. Immediately after your credit card is processed we will also e-mail you the instructions to download the software off of the Internet.
  • $24.95 U.S. Fedex Next Day Air - Within 1-2 days you will receive your package via Federal Express. Immediately after your credit card is processed we will also e-mail you the instructions to download the software off of the Internet.
NOTE: For Federal Express orders your order must be placed prior to 1:15 pm MST to be shipped on the same day.

Some items are electronic delivery only. If you purchase more than 1 item, and elect to add shipping you will not receive the electronic delivery item via standard mail. If you choose shipping for physical goods and the software can be shipped, you will receive the software via mail and via e-mail for the same shipping cost.

Returns and Refunds

To return a product or request a refund you must have authorization from Blue Squirrel, and your reasons must be in accordance with Blue Squirrel's terms and conditions. The conditions for returning product(s) for a refund shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Proof of Purchase: receipt, Order Number, etc.
  • ELECTRONIC GOODS - Refund requests for electronic purchases must complete the following MS WORD form or PDF Form indicating that all copies of the software have been destroyed, and the buyer relinquishes all licenses to use the programs.
    Fax completed forms to 888-255-9972.
  • PHYSICAL GOODS - There will be no returns or refunds accepted on parts of a product. All merchandise must be returned together, including all manuals, instructions, and other items.
  • Products with defects in workmanship will be replaced at no charge (within 30 days of purchase) and not refunded.
  • There will be no refunds beyond the 30-day warranty period.
